Boiling Dragon: A Fusion of Flavor in Pearland

Came here after church with my dad and son and the food did not disappoint. We came specifically for the crawfish. I ordered 3lbs hot/original and my dad got 2lbs original mild. We were both very impressed!! I usually opt for the garlic butter flavors whenever I visit a Viet Cajun spot, but this time I opted for just the original. We were blown away! Crawfish was favorable throughout. The spice level was on point. Crawfish were a mix of mostly medium and small but there were some large in there. This is to be expected in January.. all in all, I’m so happy we stopped here. The service was amazing. The gentlemen servicing us made sure to check in and was ready to assist us. Honestly, the customer service alone sold us! So happy we came to this place and I will for sure this my crawfish rotation.

So I tried Boiling Dragon in Pearland 100,000/10!!!!! The Crawfish was STEAMING HOT!!!!!! I was so Impressed!!! Down to the claw!!! Hottest Crawfish I had the last 5 seasons. Made by the order!!!!! FRESH! FLAVOR!!!!!! SAOAKED! JUICY!!! I Met the owner! He remembered me from my post and was so pleasant!!!! AND THENNNNNN we tried the Fried Cheesecake It was honestly the Best Desert I've EVER tasted. I got the Original Cajuan HOT. It was good and Spicey. They made my Crawfish dreams come true for real! They are definitely at the top of my list!!!!

I absolutely LOVE BOILING DRAGON. The crawfish are ALWAYS FLAVORFUL & FRESH! The staff is friendly and the owner is front and center with his business which makes it even better. I can’t wait to return

Ordered the shrimp crab puffs ($8), Dragon Bowl ($22), and their chopped up chicken with fries ($13). I definitely recommend the first two. They came out super fresh. The crab puffs were golden crispy and the filling was perfectly seasoned. The dragon bowl came with a combination of shrimp, catfish, and crispy Brussels sprouts over the softest rice ever, drizzled with a crawfish Alfredo sauce. Would go again just for that dish!!! Soooo good. Everything I ordered is easily shared with 2-3 people. Skip on the fries though - chicken was a little dry and it was average overall. Friendly service, but there is a wait time when you order your food since it takes a while to fry or cook!

We've dined in and have taken food to go. The food seems to be cooked as ordered due to wait time, which isn't long (unless your hangry, lol). It's hot and fresh which is always appreciated. The staff are always welcoming and helpful with menu options. I have some favorites that I go to, but I'm definitely not leaving without an order of the Shrimp Krab Puffs. Yummy!! Lol. Oh, and portion sizes are pretty decent. I feel what you expect to get for the price aligns with how much food you get in the order. I'll have to come back and add pictures, if I can edit this later.

This is my 2nd review for Boiling Dragon. This is the best seafood spot in Pearland… Try the dragon seafood fried rice as a side for anything, you won’t regret it. Plus, the beef bowl with veggie fried rice is amazing. If you have little ones, order the chicken tender basket with season-y fries (the ranch is sooo good). Can’t wait to order crawfish cus they were sold out today, so I got the shrimp po boy (see photos). The service here is great, the owner is so down-to-earth, and it’s clean no matter how busy they are.

My partner and I were looking for some good food and cold beers to unwind from a soul crushing humpday, when we stumbled upon the boiling dragon on tiktok and headed that way. She ordered the captain's boil and I got the catfish filet basket. The fish was hot and perfectly seasoned. If you like season heavy fish, this won't be for you. I on the other hand, enjoyed tasting the fish and not ten thousand shades of lemon pepper. It was light, fresh and the tartar sauce complimented it perfectly. The fries were plain but they have different options, I went basic but they were hot and crispy and lightly salted. My partner enjoyed her boil, noting it was a good amount of spice and perfectly seasoned. My only regret is not growing an extra stomach to try something else but they have a rewards program, so I will certainly go back when the hunger bug bites again!

First timer here who is now a 4-lifer! The flavor I chose was garlic butter extra spicy. Whoa! Blew me away! And the cost of the beer and daiquiri were super reasonable. For 2 lbs of crawfish, a daiquiri, corn, and a Modelo was only $42! Next time I name sitting inside inside to get 2 drinks.
